Grow to 10–15 Massachusetts locations. Achieve the #1 caterer goal statewide. Launch the Xzelent franchise program and welcome the first external franchise partners.
Enter major Northeast markets with 30–50 locations. Franchise model running at full speed. Invest in logistics, supply chain, and regional training hubs. Grow catering into a national business.
Achieve 100+ Fiskie's Cafe franchise locations across the United States. Xzelent Inc becomes a nationally recognized restaurant franchise corporation. Explore additional DBA brands under the Xzelent umbrella.
